Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Our Promise to you :-)…

 

First and foremost we want you to be happy with ALL your purchases from Evulfi!

 

If something isn’t right then please don’t hesitate to contact us here at support@evulfi.co.nz.  Let us know what the issue is and we’ll do all we can to make things right for you J.  We love what we sell and the last thing we want is for you to have any kind of issues with what you’ve bought from us.

 

If the item you bought is somehow defective or not what you thought you ordered then we can absolutely offer you a refund or a replacement.

 

If you’ve just changed your mind about what you bought (we know, we do that too :-) ), then we can absolutely offer you a refund!  We’ll also pick up the cost of you sending the item back to us as long as you get in touch with us first at support@evulfi.co.nz so we can arrange the shipping for you.

 

Just so we can keep track of everything here, if you’ve just changed your mind about a purchase, you just have to make sure you get in touch with us to arrange your refund within 14 days of the purchase date. 

 

 

The Legal Stuff….

The following stuff (our lawyer made us include it!) sets out our actual legal position on refunds and returns. If there is any confusion between the below and what we’ve set out above then the below lawyerly stuff will be what takes effect. BUT if you have any doubts or any questions PLEASE just drop us an email at support@evulfi.co.nz and let us know. Just like we said above, we want you to be happy and take it very seriously that you’ve put your trust in us as a customer.

 

Consumer Guarantees Act

The following policy is subject to the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act which provides you protection in the event you receive incorrect or faulty goods.  The following policy applies only to the extent it does not contravene the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received an item that is faulty, not as what was described on our website when you purchased it or otherwise comes under any provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act that would entitle you to an exchange or a refund and you are a consumer (not a business that bought the item for use in the business), please contact us as soon as possible at support@evulfi.co.nz to arrange your exchange or refund. 

 

Returns

If you no longing want an item and it is not faulty or otherwise comes under any provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act that would entitle you to an exchange or a refund, you have 14 days from date of purchase to get in touch with us to arrange a refund.

Email us at support@evulfi.co.nz first and we’ll provide you with instructions on how to arrange the return so we can pay the cost of the shipping for you.

Gift cards are unfortunately non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

To complete your return, we do have to first verify your original purchase.

Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@evulfi.co.nz.

 

Gifts

In the case of Returns, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by us, a gift certificate or other form of credit for use on Evulfi will be provided to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will provide the refund to the gift giver unless they directly instruct us otherwise.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you must contact us first at support@evulfi.co.nz and we will provide you with instructions on what to do next so we can arrange the shipping for you.

 

Policy Changes

You can review the most current version of the Returns Policy at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Returns Policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
